Rio Hemopo Hunuki, also known as DJ Nero, is an accomplished musician and DJ with over 20 years of experience. As the co-founder and bassist of the legendary Trinity Roots, Rio combines his love for music with cutting-edge beat-making and production skills as DJ Nero. Rio has also served as a backing vocalist for renowned acts such as Fat Freddy's Drop, Hollie Smith, and Breaks Co-Op, and worked extensively as a session musician. With a deep education in Roots, Jazz, Soul, Funk, and Reggae, DJ Nero creates groove-filled sets that get audiences moving.
